This is not a community site. Only the admin will create content for the site. So I need the "Create Content" menu item to be buries in the admin section, so it it only visible to the admin.

For some reason, using the menus feature and setting the 'parent' menu item does not seem to work. It keeps popping up in the (user) Navigation menu. The only thing I have found to work is to make it a 'child' item under 'View Site Content', and then disable 'View Child Content'.
