Need Organic Groups Installed on Drupal Atlanta

Need Groups Installed

Using Organic Groups would also enable communications features so we can keep in close touch with members. This would be a similar set up to groups.drupal.org.

Is someone willing to research this issue and provide a solution?

Consider CiviCRM

As I think about it, CiviCRM may be the better solution. CiviCRM contaings 'Groups' functionality, as well as 'Events' functionality.

Events functionality would allow us to keep a running calendar on the site of meeting dates, as well as other event we want to keep on our radar.

Something to evaluate as we consider how to evolve the site.
